1. QUOTED SERVICES INCLUDING CUSTOM DESIGNS AND PLUGIN INSTALLATION

No refunds are offered for any services performed via email quotes including custom designs. We are not responsible for plugins that are not compatible with zen cart or your zen cart version.


2. TEMPLATE OR PLUGIN PACKAGES

We develop and release products after rigorous testing procedure followed by our experienced team, if however any bugs/issues are found after purchase, our team would be more than happy to provide all possible support and answer all the questions. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download no refunds are possible.

No refunds are offered for any other template purchases including services such as template package plus installation.
